Privacy note

What we hold, and what we don’t.

Plain language · DPDP-style consent · last revised 28 Aug 2026

The short version

We collect your birth date, birth time, birthplace and email. We use them to compute your chart and write your reading, and for nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we delete it on request.

Dasha90 is operated from India. We follow the consent-and-purpose framing of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: consent is specific, informed, and withdrawable, and we hold nothing we do not need to render your report.

What we collect

Birth details
Date, clock time, your stated confidence in that time, and the city you select (which resolves to a latitude, longitude and IANA time zone). These are the inputs to the ephemeris — without them there is no chart.
Email address
So you can recover your private report link and so we can answer support and refund requests. It is not used for marketing.
Optional details
A first name and gender, if you give them. They affect wording only, never the calculation, and may be left blank.
Consent record
That you confirmed you are 18 or older and consented to this processing, with a timestamp.
Product analytics
Coarse events — page views, form starts, a completed order, a report opened — tied to a random session id kept in your browser’s local storage. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
Payment details
None. If and when paid orders are enabled, card and UPI details go directly to Razorpay; we receive only a payment identifier and a status.

Why we collect it

  • To compute your sidereal chart, Vimshottari dasha chain and 90-day transit scan.
  • To generate and store the written reading that sits on top of those facts.
  • To serve your private report link back to you when you open it.
  • To handle support, refunds, and deletion requests.
  • To understand, in aggregate, where the product is confusing or broken.

That is the whole list. We do not profile you, build advertising audiences, or enrich your record from other sources.

Where it is stored

Your order, chart packet and reading live in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon), encrypted in transit and at rest. The application runs on Vercel. Access is limited to the operator of Dasha90.

Who processes it

Vercel
Application hosting and serverless execution.
Neon
Managed PostgreSQL database where orders, charts and readings are stored.
OpenAI
Writes the reading text from your computed fact packet. The packet contains your chart facts and the birth date, time and place they were derived from; it is sent for generation and is not used by us to train anything.
Razorpay
Payment processing, only when paid orders are enabled and only for the transaction itself.

Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions for the purposes listed above. We add no others without updating this page.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, matchmaking services, or “remedy” sellers. We do not publish your chart. Your report link is unguessable and is not indexed.

Retention and deletion

We keep your order, chart and reading for as long as you may want to reopen the report. Ask us to delete it and we remove the order record, the chart packet, the reading and your email — permanently, normally within seven days. Anonymous, aggregate counts that cannot identify you may remain.

To request deletion, a copy of your data, or a correction, write to support@dasha90.in from the address you used at checkout, and include your report link. If a support address is not yet live, use the contact route published on the site — we will not make you chase it.

Your choices

  • Withdraw consent at any time; we then delete the data as above.
  • Leave name and gender blank — the reading works without them.
  • Clear your browser’s local storage to reset the random analytics session id at any time.

Age

Dasha90 is for adults. You must be 18 or older to submit birth details, and we do not knowingly process the data of children. If you believe a child’s details were submitted, write to us and we will delete them.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the revision date at the top changes with it. We will not retroactively broaden what we do with data you already gave us.
